Why wear an activist t-shirt or political pin?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the most important goals in anti-fascist activism is to break through the illusion of unity and consent. A large number of people living under totalitarian politicians like Donald Trump are silent about their opposition, because they are afraid that if they speak out, they or their loved ones could be brutally punished. Wearing an activist pin or a t-shirt with a message of dissent lets these fearful but discontented people see that they are not the only ones who are deeply uneasy with what’s happening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Donald Trump and his fascist minions can’t stand the idea of diversity. Their confidence is so fragile that they can only feel secure when there is just one American identity, one way to make that work. The rest of us understand that diversity is America’s greatest strength. The challenges we face are too complex for there to be just one way of living, one way of thinking. The many anti-Trump designs you see on this page represent the diversity opposition to Donald Trump. We all have our own reasons for standing against Trump, but we all agree that he’s got to go!
